The house investing and flipping was a side business designed to increase retirement income by building a small portfolio of owned houses but along the way we discovered that we really love rehabbing houses. We love turning a house with issues into something beautiful that people want to enjoy for years to come. With the added benefit of contributing to improving communities, it just doesn’t get any better than that for us.

Angela Stafilidis

Angela was a Registered Nurse for over 35 years. Her last position was manager at Norfolk General Day Surgery where she managed over 40 staff.
Now she is a Realtor with Remax Ultra in Chesapeake and also assists with managing the day-to-day operations of Capable Home Buyers. She is heavily involved with the purchase and design of each house we buy. She also manages the rehab budget to make sure we don’t overspend so we can offer you more for your house.
As a licensed Real Estate Agent, Angela also manages the sale of each house sold by Capable Home Buyers and she also assists others with the purchase and sale of houses outside of the Capable Home Buyers business.
Angela ensures the entire process is handled and executed with care, accuracy, and excellence. She is the glue and the hammer of the team, bringing everyone together and making sure the process is completed to expectations. Being able to adapt on the fly is how Angela is able to manage the many moving aspects and get them into place.
